Production Standard
1. the support rings and vertical wires must be kept even
distribution and with enough intensity and stiffness to against the
air pressure during filtration, meanwhile, it also can avoid damage
and distortion effectively during transportation.
2. the welding spot on filter cages must be firm without
sealing-off, rosin joint and missing solder.
3. the surface of cages must be smooth and flatness, no welding
scar, uneven and burr.
4. the spring type filter cages must be kept enough wires and
flexibility to ensure even space after draw away.
5. it is necessary to do anti-corrosive processing, such as
galvanizing, spraying and painting. if used for high temperature,
it must meet this request.
